📌 What is Mobile Order?
Mobile Order is a convenient feature in the Tokyo Disney Resort Official App that allows you to pre-order your meals without waiting in long lines.
Simply place your order through the app, select a pickup time, and collect your food at the counter!

📝 Step 1: Preparing the App
1️⃣ Download the "Tokyo Disney Resort App" (Available on iOS & Android).
2️⃣ Create a "MyDisney" account and log in.
3️⃣ Register your credit card (📌 Only credit cards are accepted).
Oh, I need a credit card?
Yes! But once it’s registered, ordering will be super easy!
🍽️ Step 2: Placing Your Order
1️⃣ After entering the park, open the app and select “Mobile Order.”
2️⃣ Choose a participating restaurant and browse the menu.
3️⃣ Select a pickup time.
4️⃣ Choose your food items and confirm your order.
📦 Step 3: Picking Up Your Food
1️⃣ When your pickup time arrives, tap “Ready to Pick Up” in the app.
2️⃣ Go to the restaurant’s Mobile Order counter and show your order screen to the Cast Member.
I might forget the pickup time…
No worries! The app will send you a push notification when it’s time!
📌 Tips & Important Notes
⏳ Best Time to Order
❌ Avoid peak lunch hours (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
✅ Order in advance during morning hours for smoother pickup
🚨 What Happens If You Miss Your Pickup Time?
✔️ If you only placed the order but didn’t confirm pickup
→ Your order will be automatically canceled, and no charge will apply.
❌ If you tapped “Ready to Pick Up(商品を受け取る)” but didn’t collect it
→ You will be charged, and the food will be discarded.
So, if I don’t tap “Ready to Pick Up(商品を受け取る)” I won’t be charged?
Exactly! But always try to pick up your food on time.
