🇯🇵 Pin Trading at Tokyo Disney Resort: Why It Doesn’t Exist

Pin Trading was introduced in Japan from 2000 to 2002 but was discontinued.

Why?

🚫 Japanese guests preferred to collect pins rather than trade them.
🚫 Some disputes and operational difficulties arose.
🚫 Managing Pin Trading became challenging for Cast Members.

As a result, Pin Trading was officially discontinued at Tokyo Disney Resort.

However, Disney pins are still sold in Japan, just without the trading culture!
